A Small Chapati/Fulka/Paratha Making Machine automates the production of Indian flatbreads in places where space is scarce - small restaurants, canteens, hostels catering units along with large households. The unit replaces the repetitive hand work of rolling and roasting, and it turns out breads of uniform thickness, diameter in addition to finish without extra helpers. The hourly output ranges from 200 to 800 pieces. A dial sets the thickness between 1 mm and 4 mm, and another sets the diameter between 4 and 8 inches - the chef can repeat the same recipe every time. All surfaces that touch dough or bread are food grade stainless steel (SS 304); the frame resists rust and wipes clean in minutes. The motor runs on 220 V single-phase power and draws 1 - 2 kWh per hour - an optional gas burner uses 0.5 - 1.5 kg of LPG or PNG in the same period. Three synchronized heating plates bake each disc top but also bottom - finish it on a third plate - a thin conveyor moves the bread through the zones so it puffs evenly and stays soft. One worker feeds dough balls at the inlet and collects finished breads at the outlet - no special skill is required. Parts lift out without tools - daily washing takes a few minutes as well as annual service takes under an hour. The chassis measures roughly 31 × 14 × 22 inches and weighs 60 - 100 kg. Four casters let one person roll the machine out for cleaning or storage. The motor and belt run quietly – the unit fits beside a work table in a small kitchen. Hostels next to caterers use it to cut labor, save fuel, serve fresh flatbreads on demand.
